This DIY garland spells out "Happy Birthday" from individual foil letters in matt light lilac. The letters are simply inflated with a straw or a hand pump and threaded onto a garland at the eyelets. This creates an atmospheric banner for the wall, above the gift table or as a photo backdrop.
