Our Mission
Our mission is to make celebrations more beautiful, harmonious, and easier to plan. With carefully selected products, personal advice, and individual solutions, we want to help turn an occasion into a memorable celebration.
For us, it's not just about beautiful decorations, but about ideas that work, bring joy, and suit what is truly needed – from small private celebrations to large events.
Growing from experience
How it all began
Since 2017, we have been working with our event agency Kassiopeia – Parties for Little Guests in Ulm and throughout Southern Germany. Our focus was on mobile childcare, children's birthdays, and private celebrations. For us, it was never just about organization, but always about atmosphere: How does a room feel? What makes an occasion harmonious? And what does it take to make a celebration truly perfect?
In direct contact with customers, we quickly noticed that the same need often arose around decoration: people want beautiful, reliable, and suitable solutions – without hours of searching, without uncertainty, and without five different orders from different shops.
The idea behind Hey Party
Hey Party grew directly from this. Not as a spontaneous passion project, but from our practical experience and the conviction that there needed to be a better, more clearly thought-out offering: curated, personal, and closer to what customers actually need.
When many things in the event sector came to a standstill during the pandemic, we had the opportunity to calmly develop this concept further. We asked ourselves: Which products really work? What helps with planning? And what could a shop look like that offers orientation instead of overwhelming? From these considerations, a distinct business model gradually emerged.
From the first shop to Ulm city center
Our first shop was established in Jungingen – small, personal, and built with a lot of our own effort. There, we were able to prove our concept in everyday life for the first time: with a carefully selected assortment, honest advice, and an offering that combines classic party decorations with balloons, helium service, and individual solutions.
Over time, it became clear that Hey Party had more potential. Customers came not only from Ulm but from the entire region. In April 2025, we therefore moved to Ulm city center – an important step that gave us more visibility, more opportunities, and the space to continue growing our concept.
Hey Party today
Today, Hey Party is an owner-managed party and balloon shop in the heart of Ulm. What started as two sisters has now grown into a small team. What remains important to us has not changed: carefully selecting, honestly advising, and offering solutions that truly fit.
We want to make it easier for our customers to create beautiful celebrations – with an assortment that doesn't seem random, and with a service that remains personal.

Our Products
At Hey Party, you'll find carefully selected party decorations, balloons, and accessories for all kinds of celebrations – from children's birthdays and baby showers to weddings, anniversaries, and corporate events. It's important to us that products not only look good but also fit harmoniously into the occasion and work well in practice.
That's why we focus on a consciously curated assortment instead of arbitrary mass-produced goods. When making our selections, we prioritize reliable quality, good design, and manufacturers and products that impress us in everyday life. Many items can be easily combined with each other and meaningfully supplemented by our balloon service, personalizations, and individual decoration solutions.
This way, individual products can be transformed into a harmonious overall picture upon request – with honest advice, a clear eye for what fits, and solutions that make celebrations more beautiful and easier to plan.
Our Values
We do not sell anything that we would not use ourselves or for which we cannot take responsibility. Our decisions are based on practical experience, not on trends or marketing promises.
We make conscious choices. Not everything that exists suits us – and not everything needs to be in our range. We prefer less, but what we have is coherent and reliable.
We also say no sometimes. If something doesn't fit, doesn't last, or doesn't make sense, we address it openly. That saves time, money, and disappointment.
Celebrating should be easy. We like to make things beautiful – without pressure, without perfectionism, but with an eye for detail.
Hey Party is an owner-operated store with a growing team. We enjoy working with people, not numbers – in the store, behind the scenes, and in every collaboration.
Not everything can be planned perfectly. Many good things happen because you get started, try things out, and take responsibility. That's exactly how we work.
