We cannot guarantee compliance with delivery times. Generally, shipping companies adhere to the times. Circumstances (e.g., staff shortages or weather) may lead to delivery delays.
Delivery:
Delivery is handled by our shipping partner DHL/Deutsche Post. Delivery is climate-neutral.
Package could not be delivered:
Should the package be returned to us by DHL due to non-acceptance, incorrect address, or delayed pickup, we reserve the right to pass on the shipping company's return costs (so-called "penalty postage") plus a €5 processing fee to you. In such cases, we will contact you again.
Returns:
You can return items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving the goods. Personalized items are generally excluded from returns (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Helium-filled balloons are also excluded (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 2 BGB).
Hey Party does not cover return shipping costs.
For your return shipment, we offer a return label at a flat rate of €6.99. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount once the goods have arrived at our facility. You can easily register your return through your customer account. You will be guided through the process there. You can find more information here: Return instructions.
Why we charge return costs:
We want to offer fair prices to all customers – therefore, we do not generally include return shipping costs in the product price. This way, only those who actually initiate a return pay for it. Our experience shows that our customers are very satisfied, and returns are rarely necessary. This policy keeps our prices fair and transparent for everyone.
