Delivery:

Delivery is via our shipping partner DHL/Deutsche Post. Delivery is climate-neutral.

Package could not be delivered:

If the package is returned to us by DHL due to non-acceptance, incorrect address or late collection, we reserve the right to pass on the shipping company's return costs (so-called "penalty postage") plus a €5 processing fee to you. In this case, we will contact you again.

Return:

You can return items in their original condition within 14 days (from receipt of the goods) to us. Personalized items are generally excluded from return (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Helium-filled balloons are also excluded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB).

Hey Party does not cover return shipping costs.

We offer you a return label for your return shipment at a flat rate of €6.99 . The costs will be deducted from the refund amount as soon as the goods have arrived with us. Why we charge return costs:

We want to offer fair prices for all customers - that's why we don't include return costs in the product price. This means that only those who actually make a return pay. Our experience shows that our customers are very satisfied and hardly any returns are necessary. This regulation keeps our prices fair and transparent for everyone.
