Foil Balloon Garland "Happy Birthday" Matt Blue - classic, friendly and festive.
This DIY garland is made up of individual foil letters in a matt, delicate light blue (mist blue) and, threaded together, spells out "Happy Birthday". You simply inflate the letters with a straw or a hand pump and thread them onto the eyelets - so a festive birthday greeting takes shape in no time.
