Tassel Garland DIY Blue & White - fresh colour to make yourself.
This tassel garland comes as a DIY set: simply thread the 12 tassels in various shades of blue onto the included string and decide the order and spacing yourself. Made from delicate tissue paper, the garland hangs light and airy.
Once assembled, it brings colour to a wall, table or gift table - whether as something to bring along to your next celebration or as a planned decorative element for a baby shower, birthday, christening or a maritime themed party.
