Garland Block Party "Happy Birthday" - the lettering in a building-block look above the birthday table.
This Happy Birthday garland features colourful letters in an interlocking-brick design. The individual elements are jointed together with small eyelets, so the garland can be hung flexibly and adapted to any spot.
