Standing Foil Balloon Fire Engine "Happy Birthday" – nee-naw, let the party begin!
This standing foil balloon is shaped like a bright red fire engine with black and gold details and bears the words "Happy Birthday". Made from silk-matt foil, it stands all by itself on a table or floor thanks to its shape – no helium needed. A straw for inflating is included. Important: the wheels are fitted before inflating so that no air escapes.
