Round foil balloon with the handwritten lettering "Alles Liebe zum Gebuuuurtstag!" (German for "Happy Biiiirthday!") along the top edge. At the bottom, a dachshund in a blue striped jumper and party hat trots along carrying a birthday cake with lit candles on its back. Colourful bunting and lots of little dots frame the motif.
