\nThis large foil balloon is shaped like a blue coloured pencil and instantly brings first-day-of-school spirit into the room. Standing around one metre tall, it makes a bold statement and works well on its own, in a balloon bouquet or as part of a garland. There's a small tab for hanging, and a straw for filling is included.
