Tissue Paper Garland Rainbow Fans - colourful joie de vivre to hang up.
This garland strings together several fan rosettes made of tissue paper in bright rainbow colours - from dark blue through green and yellow to red and pink. At around 2.5 m long, it brings a cheerful play of colour to walls, tables or windows and is ready to use straight away.
