This mosaic frame in glossy silver is a DIY set: you assemble the approx. 126 cm tall digit (0 to 9 selectable) flat, fill the chambers with air and then stuff them with lots of small latex balloons of your choice (not included). This creates a large, filled number in your desired colours.
