Foil Balloon Graduation Cap “Congrats” - made it, now it's time to celebrate.
This foil balloon is shaped like a graduation cap in classic black, with golden tassels and the wording “Congrats!” in a gold finish. It brings a festive graduation mood to the room and looks great on its own, in a balloon bouquet or as part of a display. There is a small tab for hanging, and a straw for filling is included.
