Return Instructions

We are proud that returns are rarely necessary because our customers are generally very satisfied. However, if something is not quite right, we make the return process as easy as possible for you - and here's how:

Please note that items must be unused , in original packaging and resalable to be eligible for a refund.

1st Access your customer account: Log in to your customer account using your email address. You will receive a one-time code via email that will allow you to easily access your purchases - no password required.
To the customer account: Use the account symbol (little man) in the top bar or use this link .

2nd Request a return: Select the order you want to return and click on "Return". Mark the products you want to return and submit the request.

3. Confirmation by email: You will receive an email that we have received your return request. We will review and approve the return shortly.

4th Return label and further steps: As soon as the return is approved, you will receive an email with the return label and further instructions on what you need to do. For using our return label, we charge a flat rate of €6.99 , which is deducted from the refund amount - so you only pay for your actual return and no hidden costs in the product price.

Refund:

As soon as we have received and inspected the return, the refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method (e.g. PayPal to PayPal, credit card to credit card). You will also be informed by email that the refund has been successful. Processing times may vary depending on the bank and payment method.

If return is not possible:

In some cases, the return cannot be made in the customer account, for example if:

the 14 -day period has already expired

the products are excluded from exchange , e.g. in the case of sale items (final sale or last chance items)

In this case, it is unfortunately not possible to register the order or individual products for return.
