An enormous transparent latex balloon, pre-filled with colourful tissue paper confetti. At around 1 metre in diameter when filled, it becomes the centrepiece of the room, and the colourful confetti inside brings a cheerful mood. Tip: rub the flat of your hand over the shell to charge the confetti statically and spread it evenly across the inner walls.
